These terms govern use of the DRIVEN corporate website at drvncorp.com (this “Site”). The Site is operated by Driven LLC (“DRIVEN,” “we,” “us”). It is an informational parent portfolio. It is not a product console, not an event organizer, and not a substitute for the terms of any DRIVEN product.

Who we are

Driven LLC is a member-managed technology holding company. Product platforms — including Driven Rally at drivenrally.net — are separate systems with their own terms, privacy policies, and operational disclaimers. Use of those platforms is an agreement with the operator of that platform, not with this Site.

Hosts, clubs, agencies, and field crews that use a DRIVEN product remain responsible for their own events, deployments, permits, insurance, and legal documents. DRIVEN provides software infrastructure. DRIVEN is not the organizer of a rally, not a disaster-response agency, and not an insurer.

The site

This Site describes DRIVEN’s portfolio and philosophy. Content is provided for general information. Development status labels (including “in flight,” “architected,” and target windows) are informational and are not a commitment to ship, a warranty, or an offer of service.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse this Site: no scraping that degrades service, no attempts to probe or disrupt infrastructure, and no representation that you speak for Driven LLC. We may suspend access for abuse.
